Refund policy

Our products are digital files, delivered right after payment. You can still ask for a full refund within fourteen days of your purchase if:

the file does not open, or does not extract;
it does not work in a version of the software listed on the product page;
it does not contain what the product page described.

Write to contact@architectureparadise.com with the email address you used at checkout and one line about which of the three applies. We refund to the original payment method within five working days.

After fourteen days we do not refund, but we keep helping with technical problems for as long as we sell the product.
