Buying and delivery
How is it delivered?
By email, within a few minutes of payment, as a download link. If it has not arrived after ten minutes, write to contact@architectureparadise.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we send the links again.
Can I download it more than once?
If the link no longer works or you lost the email, write to us and we send the links again, at no cost.
What arrives in the ZIP?
The files listed on the product page, with their formats.
Software and units
Which versions does it work with?
AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT 2004 or later. Revit 2019 or later. Archicad 23 or later. AutoCAD and Archicad run on Mac and PC; Revit runs on Windows. If you are unsure, write to us with your version before you buy.
Metric or imperial?
The AutoCAD template ships in both: you pick before you buy. The Revit and Archicad templates ship in metric.
Is it a course on how to use the software?
No. It is a drawing template. You need the software installed and a working knowledge of it.
Are the blocks in the packs the same as the ones in the template?
No. The blocks sold in the packs and bundles are not the ones included in our AutoCAD template.
Licence and guarantee
Can I use it on paid client work?
Yes. Every purchase includes a commercial licence: unlimited projects, for as long as you like, for one person. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files. Full text on the Licence page.
What if it is not right for me?
Fourteen days. If the file does not open, or if it is not what the product page described, we refund you in full. Write to contact@architectureparadise.com.

Within four working days, Monday to Friday, Swiss time.
One file or several?
The AutoCAD template is one drawing file, so everything is in the same place. It is a large file to open.
