If the file does not open, if it does not work in the version of the software listed on the product page, or if it does not contain what the product page described, write to us and we refund you in full. No form to fill in and no explanation required beyond telling us which of the three it is.
What we will do first, if you let us
The problems customers report most often are a download link that did not arrive, a ZIP that did not extract, or a file saved in the wrong folder. Write to us first and we will try to fix it with you. The refund stands either way.
What is not covered
Changing your mind about which software you use, or about whether you needed a template at all. Each product page lists what the file contains, so that you can check it before you buy.
Beyond fourteen days, write to us about any technical problem and we will try to help.
